JC-71 Modern House Design                                                        

 

 

 This modernist design ranch home offers large living areas and a master suite on the main floor. A 30' window wall brings the outdoors into the living/dining areas. An additional room can be an office or guest room. There is also an mud room/laundry room on the main level. Downstairs there are 2 or 3 additional bedrooms and a large family room with a walk-out entrance. Two outdoor patios on the main level, one patio on the lower level.

This design is intended for the couple who plans to live in the home for many years. They may have children today, but, its design focuses on livability in future years. All of the required areas of the home are on the main level (entry, laundry, kitchen, living, bedroom and office). There are two patios accessible off the main level without obscuring the view from the living/dining room. These extended living areas along with the window wall bring the outdoors and nature into the home. The lower level offers plenty of space for children, grand children and family gatherings. Another large patio area is accessible from the lower level. There is even room to add a small elevator into the home if desired.

The carport may converted into a more a garage if desired.
