Eby1 Project Page

Here are plans from the Eby Residence in Canada. This home has been completed. See pictures below.

This modern home was designed as a new build in a cold climate. The special wall details are per the building codes of the area. This 2 story design is based on the JC-65 design. It was enlarged slightly to accommodate a larger kitchen and the 2nd floor was modified to suit the owners needs. (note: not all drawings are shown below. Some drawing details have been eliminated.)
