Eby2 Project Page

Here are plans from the Eby2 Residence in Canada. We hope to have some construction pictures soon.

This modernist home was designed as a retirement home by a lake. The special wall details are per the building codes of the area. The 2 story design is based on the owner's initial drawings. This design is essentially two rectangles, one set perpendicular atop the other. The second floor is mainly carried by 3 large glulam beams to support the cantilevers on each end.. (note: not all drawings are shown below. Some drawing details have been eliminated.)
