Samson Project Page

Here are plans from the Samson Residence in Canada. We hope to have some construction pictures soon.

This modern home was designed with the main residence on the upper floor with a rental apartment below. This home is designed to utilize ICFs for the exterior walls and conventional framing for the interior walls and roof. The shed roof is carried by 3 large glulam beams. This 2 story design is based on the owner's initial drawings. One unique feature is the glulam beams are carried well beyond the exterior wall over the deck to provide a sheltered area. (note: not all drawings are shown below. Some drawing details have been eliminated.)
